Position Details

Tenure

Selected candidates will be appointed on a probation basis for an initial period of 6 months, with a potential extension up to a minimum of 1 year based on performance.

Age Limit

Candidates must meet the following age criteria:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 25 years

Salary

Successful applicants will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 50,000.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the Customer Service Associate (Clerk) position, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of a 10th Pass or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of India.
  • A commitment to acquire a Graduation Degree or equivalent qualification within 5 years after the active sports phase.
  • Participation and/or accolades in National or International competitions, Junior National Championships, Khelo India Youth Games (age category above 18 years), Khelo India Winter Games, Khelo India University Games, or School Games Federation of India (SGFI).

The selection process will consist of two phases:

  1. Proficiency Test
  2. Field Trials
