Stipend Details
- Graduate and Technician Apprentice: The stipend will be paid in two parts, 50% by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) and 50% by IOCL. Candidates must have an Aadhaar-enabled bank account for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
- Trade Apprentice: The full stipend will be paid by IOCL.

- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be required to produce original documents for verification.
