Required Qualifications for DRDO Recruitment 2024

Based on the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2024, the required qualifications are as follows:

• The candidate should have at least a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Computer Science and Engineering, or at least a First Class Master’s degree in Science in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics from a recognized university or equivalent.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 07 years of experience in research, design, development, or production in the areas of Cyber Intelligence, or analysis of strategic/cyber security issues in a Security/Intelligence Agency.

Desirable Qualifications

• The candidate should have a Doctorate in Science or Engineering (only in the disciplines of Cyber Intelligence or Cyber Defence or Cyber Security or similar thereto) or a Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology (only in the disciplines of Cyber Intelligence or Cyber Defence or Cyber Security or similar thereto).
• The candidate should have knowledge of German, French, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Pashto, or Arabic.

Eligibility Criteria for DRDO Recruitment 2024

Referring to the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2024, the eligibility criteria are as follows:

• The officers under the Central Government:
• The candidate should hold analogous posts on a regular basis. OR
• The candidate should have 04 years of regular service in posts at Level-11 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 67700 – Rs. 208700).

Selection Process for DRDO Recruitment 2024

The mode of selection for DRDO Recruitment 2024 is based on a personal interview. The final selection of candidates will be purely based on the merit of marks scored by a candidate in the personal interview. Candidates must score a minimum of 75% marks (i.e., 75 out of 100) in the Personal Interview for consideration for selection.
